Basic rules governing the use of this site and the process for requesting an invitation to the Summit.

1. Acceptance.
By accessing this site or completing the invitation request form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. Nature of the service.
This site communicates the LATAM Brand Protection Summit initiative, jointly organized by Pulpou and INDICAM. The information available is informational in nature and may be updated without notice.
3. Invitation request.
Submitting the form constitutes a request subject to review. Acceptance is at the discretion of the organizing committee and INDICAM.
Approved invitations are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access if the information provided is inaccurate or if these terms are breached.
4. Intellectual property.
Logos, trademarks, text, images, and other site content belong to Pulpou, INDICAM, or their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Permitted use.
You may use the site to learn about the event and request your invitation. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, automate data collection without authorization, or interfere with its operation.
6. Limitation of liability.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
7. Third-party links.
This site may include links to resources operated by third parties (for example, Pulpou.com or INDICAM.it). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Modifications.
We may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this site. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with Argentine and Italian law, as applicable. Any controversy related to the site shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction under the applicable law.
